This is a great opportunity to own a piece of automotive history and one of the best off-roaders of all time, a BJ Series Toyota Land Cruiser. This example was imported in to the UK from France in 2018. Found abandoned in a ditch in the Pyrenees, it was painstakingly rebuilt to the standard you see here today.
During the 2 year rebuild, it was fitted with a new body, refurbished interior, new roll cage and a high quality new canvas roof cover. To finish it off, this Land Cruiser sits on a period set of chrome wheels, combined with some great looking knobbly tyres. The tool box on the front bumper conceals the jack and adds to the period feel of the restoration.
It comes with all the import documents along with UK V5/C. There are also folders with a huge amount of photographs showing the work and attention to detail that went into the rebuild, along with workshop manuals and hand written notes explaining the 24v electrical system.
This is a cool and capable classic 4x4 which is a very rare sight both on and off-road. Viewing highly recommended to appreciate the quality of this excellently restored vehicle.
